Heer Signal Rgt 46 Oberleutnant´s Four Pocket Tunic, with picture of wearer.

M36 style tunic, five button front. Made in a nice quality grey ribbed cloth. Darkgreen badgecloth stand-and-fall-collar with pointed tips. Officers dull aluminum collartabs on darkgreen basecloth (which have slight oxidation), piped in lemon yellow. Tunic has sew-in dullgrey aluminum officers shoulder boards with lemon yellow wool underlay. Each strap has a set of 46 cyphers as well as one guilt pip denoting rank of Oberleutnant in Signal Rgt 46. On the photo the Officer have another set of cyphers, so he must have changed Rgt after the pic was taken, however, all other aspects like pockets, pocketflaps, collars, breasteagle, ribbons etc can be seen as identical on the picture. Family did not want to give the nam,e or show his face, so a copy of the photo comes just as shown here.

Attractive handembroidered bullion breasteagle handsewn over right breastpocket, it is denazifyed after the war, still one can clearly see it is the Breasteagle worn on the photo. On left breast pocket are push trough marks after one award and above pocket a Oktober medal ribbonbar is pushed through the cloth. At second buttonhole we have a KvK ribbon sewn in place.

Tunic has a grey rayon lining with pyama striped cloth in sleeves. Slot through to left lower pocket for daggerhanger to pass through. No tailor or namelabel. Tunic is in well worn good condition. Tunic have chafe wear on highlighted positions and some small wearholes on the French cuffs as well as some fraying no larger holes, rips, tears or mothing, just a lot of honest wear.

Nice with a picture of the original wearer ableit it is not showing his face and is denazifyed!!
