Heer EM Tropical Tunic, Third pattern Artillery Branch.

Standard third pattern Tropical Tunic in olive drab cotton cloth. Four patchstyle unpleated pockets with straight pocket flaps. Blue/Grey painted pebbled metalbuttons are removable and attached by means of S-rings. Tropical litzen machinesewn to the collar, original attached. BEVO tropical breasteagle on copperbrown backing is machinesewn, thrue the lining and in our opinion is this original war time done.

To the shoulders we find very rare slip-on EM tropical shoulderstraps piped in red rayon denoting service in the Artillery or Assaultgunner branch. The shoulderstraps is made of tropical 90% colormatching cloth to the tunic. The shoulderboards are the 1´st type with Brown wool backing (They alone are worth a nice amount). Push through marks for one award on left breastpocket.

Tunic is partially lined in green drill cloth, with the belthook straps cut. Size and year is stamped to the inner lapel under it we find RBNr stamping. Also each panel is marked with a White 58 which was for easy assembly of the tunic when manufactured.

This tunic is in very good condition. Signs of being used with slight soiling but no damage or mendings. Still very nice strong colors!

Super nice and pretty rare third pattern tropical tunic!!
