Eight button front closure with stiff collar with two hooks for neck closure. The cuff has an aditional yellow piping arroung the Three polished "bronze" buttons. The left side lapel end also has red colored cloth piping. To each side of the red colored collar is a bronze button insignia with the prussian eagle pinned in Place. To each shoulder is a White colored cloth shoulder board with red rayon embroidered Crown and monogram "AV" for "Auguste Victoria". Which denotes service in a "F├╝silier" rgt 86.

Inside is fully lined with fine black silk like cloth. To the left inside hip pocket we find a name / tailor label which reads: "Reinecke & Mitschke, Flensburg" which is the tailor store. We also find the date "3/86" for March the 3rd 1886!. "No 662" which is the order number or tunic number from this tailor store. We also find a hand written name, which is the owners name.

All insignias and buttons is original to the tunic. The date match perfectly with this rather scarce unit and insignia combination. The tunic is in very good condition and shows light signs of age and wear. There are a couple of pin head sized moth bites, see Pictures!

Over 100 year's old, super well preserved condition worthy to display on a museum!!
