Hitler Youth Sports Festival 1939 Tinnie
A 1939 Deutsches Jugendfest / Reichsportwettkampf badge. It is constructed out of a die struck aluminum-alloy base that has been silver washed and black burnished. The front shows a HJ eagle clutching a Hitler Youth diamond logo, which is above a half oak leaf wreath with a bannered “1939” to the center-bottom. The back has a well working steel pin and is maker marked ”Fechler Bernsbach/Erzg”. The pin shows signs of age and wear, but is other than that in good condition.
