Japanese WWII "Good-luck" Signed Silk National Flag in Beautiful Condition

103cmX74cm. This is a signed national flag dedicated to an Army recruit named “Nobuo Yasuhara” (安原信男).  Unfortunately, there is no information about him. The large kanji letters says “Congratulations on your going to war, Mr. Nobuo Yasuhara.”  Other small writings are signatures of his acquaintances, probably colleagues. There is no word for intimacy.  The only message is “By sacrificing yourself, your spirit will live” (捨身生魂).  The condition-wise the flag is impeccable.
