Dull aluminum LW NCO´s tresse around collar as well as thick golden yellow twisted cord. Slip-on shoulder straps of blue-grey LW combat cloth, straps are piped in yellow rayon and has dull aluminum LW NCO´s tresse open at the base for the rank of Uffz. Machine embroidered EM/NCO´s breast eagle machine sewn to the tunic. On left breast there is a cloth Pilots badge ofthe Em/NCO type neatly hand sewn in place as well as loops for one badge. All original buttons except one which is replaced.
Inside tunic have the partial drill lining. Tunic have size as well as maker stampings on the left innerpocket. Also LBA number and year of manufacture “1939”. Finally we find a unitmarking for “Fl – AusbRgt 83 (not sure) EGER” . Tunic looks to have been worn as a combat tunic rather then a walking out one.
Tunic shows wear on both outside as well as inside and have napwear to edges and highlighted positions, it have some dirt and stains on inside specially at the neck area. The blouse have had the French cuffs and the pockets removed, most certainly because it was used by the instructor in a plane and he did not want to get tunic stuck in some important gear. Acctually in our opinion really cool and actually makes this flight blouse even more intersting!!!
A very nice combat worn Luftwaffe Pilots, unit marked flightblouse, not easy to find!!!
