Silesian Eagle Second Class, Maker Marked

On 16 May 1933 the Silesian Eagle was recognized as an official award, authorized to be worn and manufactured throughout the entire period of the Third Reich. The Silesian eagle was instituted 16 June 1919 vy the commander of the VI Armby Corps, Generalleutnant von Friedeburg.

 

Silesian Eagle,  Second Class  in silvered and patinated bronze with black enamel. Four rivets on reverse. The reverse is also maker marked. The medal comes complete with medal ring, suspension ring and correct white and yellow rayonh ribbon. The medal is in very good condition with intact enamel.
