Heer Tropical EM/NCO's Belt Buckle With Leather Tab, Manufactured 1940

1940 pattern, field-grey painted, die stamped steel construction, combat box buckle features a smooth outer field with a high relief embossed Wehrmacht eagle. The reverse of the buckle is a mirror image of the obverse and the brazed buckle catch, prong bar and prongs are all intact. The buckle comes with it’s original brown leather tab. The tab is maker marked and year of production marked, 1940. The buckle is in good but still used condition. 85% of the original tan color paint is still intact with some wear marks to exposed parts.
