Scarce Deutsche Nationale Erhebung März 1933 Medal

Adolf Hitler was appointed Chancellor of Germany by President Paul von Hindenburg on 30 January 1933. After the death of President Hindenburg on 2 August 1934, Hitler merged the offices of party leader, head of state and chief of government in one, taking the title of Führer und Reichskanzler. Hitler Hindenburg friendship medal. Produced of tombak with a gilt color wash. Maker marked “Lauer” and also marked “D.R.G.M” to the reverse. The medal is in very good condition and comes with medal ring but missing the ribbon.
