Heer Panzer Oberstleutnant's m36 Field Tunic 

Tailor made model M36, subtly ribbed, field-grey cotton construction field tunic. The tunic has a six button front closure, a bottle green collar two metal hook’s and eye’s positioned at the forward neckline. The tunic has two, pleated, patch, breast pockets and two, pleated hip pockets. All pockets with scalloped edged, button down flaps. The right breast has a Officer’s national eagle in silver bullion threads. The eagle is neatly hand sewn to the tunic. The tunic has sewn-in shoulder boards with pink wool base with dull grey silver/aluminum russian braid. Unit number “5” and one gilt rank pip, pinned in place to each.  Machine sewn to the collar is a pair of panzer officer’s collar tabs. To the left chest is award loops sewn for three awards. Above the same pocket is loops sewn for a 3-4 place ribbon bar. To the second button hole is a Iron Cross second class ribbon hand sewn in place. Interior is partly lined in silver/grey cotton and sleeves with pyjama striped rayon.
