Netherlands NSB "Strijd En Offer" Badge, Numbered

Constructed of gilt bronze with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a black enameled disc overlaid by a multi-coloured Nationaal-Socialistische Beweging in Nederland (National Socialist Movement in the Netherlands/NSB) insignia, surrounded by a gilt ring bearing a inscription of “Strijd Offer” (“Battle Sacrifice”), joined together at the bottom by a Wolfsangel rune, the reverse with a pinback device and raised inscription of “STAMBOEK NO.”. The number is engraved below the pinback, it reads “1643”. Measuring 23 mm in diameter. The badge shows minor signs of age and use.
