Luftwaffe EM/NCO´s Overseas Cap

Luftwaffe blue/grey wool construction cap with fold down side and back panels with gently sloping, downward scallops to the front and forward sides. The front center of the cap has a machine embroidered, second pattern Luftwaffe eagle in pale silvery/grey cotton threads and the front center of the fold down panels has a machine embroidered, national tri-color cockade in black, white and red rayon threads. Both the eagle and the cockade are neatly handstitched in place. The interior of the cap is fully lined in blue/grey brushed cotton. Size is roughly 57. Inside has signs of a removed name label. The cap is in very good condition with a couple of pin head sized moth holes.
