Late war produced jäger officers visor cap is in well worn condition constructed of doeskin cloth. Cap has bullion eagle as well as wreath/cockade. Also to front Officers Heavy Chin cord. Cap is piped with Jäger green rayon piping. Inside is lined with tan woven cotton material. Sweatshield all intact and well marked “Deutsche Wertarbeit”. “Erzatz” leather sweatband also all intact.
Cap shows signs of real use with slight wear all over, it have no holes, rips or tears , nothing which really detracts from the caps very nice, combat used apperance. Bullion insignias are original hand sewn in place and match the cap perfectly in condition. Size is approx 57 – 57,5.
