Heer Motorcykle Officer's Visor Cap, Manufactured by Erel

Private purchase Officer’s visor cap. Constructed of field-grey tricot cloth with a dark green badge cloth centerband and trimmed brown wool branch color piping to the crown edge and both the top and bottom edges of the centerband. The front center of the cap features a silver washed Zinc national eagle. The front center of the centerband has a wreath and cockade in silver washed Zinc. The cap has a twisted silver/aluminum chin cord which is secured in place by two small, silver washed alloy metal buttons. The cap has a black lacquered vulcanfibre visor with dark green underside. Inside is lined with golden yellow rayon. Grey brown leather sweatband is also complete withour rips, tears or mendings. Sweatband is nicely maker marked “Erel”. Sweatshield diamond is complete with Erels barely visable name and logo water stamped beneath the sweatshiled diamond. The sweatband has at one time come loose and was partly reatached with glue. Attachment threads had probably dried rot, pretty common to find on Erel caps. Besides that, The cap is in very good, little used condition. No holes, rips, mendings or stains.

Close to impossible to find a brown piped visor cap. This one is also in a very good condition and maker marked high quality Erel. Priced to sell due to repair!!
