Heer Signal Officer's Visor Cap, Erel

Mid – later war produced officer’s visor cap, constructed of field-grey tricot cloth with lemon yellow wool piping. Pinned in place to the front is a zinc national eagle and alloy metal wreath/cockade. Also in front and buttoned in place to the sides is as a officer´s heavy chincord. Inside cap is lined with golden yellow rayon. Cap still have it´s original sweat shield all intact. The cap is water marked stamped “Erel” beneath the sweatshield. Brown leather sweatband is all intact. Sweatband is clearly maker marked “Erel”.

The cap is in VERY good condition, with no stains, moth damage or mendings. The exposed cloth parts shows light color fading and there is minor chafe wear to the sweatband. With other words, the cap is in close to mint condition.

Close to impossible to find in better conditon, this is a cap for an advanced visor cap collector!!
