Latvian Pre-WWII Air Force Silver Ring

The main symbol of the Latvian Air Force before WWII was a maroon-red swastika, known as the ugunskrusts (Fire Cross), on a white disc. This symbol was a traditional Baltic sign with no connection to the German Nazi symbol, used long before the outbreak of the war.

The ring is constructed of silver with red and wite enamel to the center. The ring shows signs of real use and age.

Scarce ring in good still used condition!!
