Police NCO's Second Pattern M43 / Overseas Cap Insignia

The insignia consists of a machine woven, second pattern Police eagle in silvery/grey rayon threads positioned below a machine woven national tri-color cockade in black, red and white rayon threads. All mounted on a woven six sided, police green rayon base. In very good condition with minor signs of age.
