U.S WWII M1942 Field Dressing Pouch and First Aid Dressing

This M1942 field dressing pouch is a khaki-colored webbed canvas belt pouch that measures approximately 14cm x 8cm with a top fold-over flap with brass snap. The flap is U.S. marked. A loop with a blackened metal belt hook is sewn to the top of the reverse. The reverse is stamped with a faint manufacture mark and year of production 1942. In good condition with signs of age and use.
The pouch comes with a small first-aid dressing, which is still sealed. In good condition with signs of age and storage wear.
