US WWII First Aid Kit

The Carlisle first aid tin contained a bandage and was issued to every soldier in WW2. The Carlisle tin was carried in the M1942 first aid pouch which was connected onto almost every webbing pistol belt, garand belt or BAR belt.

Un-opened example, constructed on tin metal with green paint. In very good condition with light shafe wear.
