Very Rare Close Combat Clasp in Silver Award Proposal to Knightscross With Oakleaves Holder Oberst Albert Brux

 

Two pages A4 size, first page written by the adjutant of panzergrenadier rgt 40. 4 / 7 – 1944. As proposal for the close combat badge in silver to Oberst Brux. Compilation of the background for the second page listed close combat days. Also signed by the adjutant.

 

Page 2 (written on both sides): List of close combat days for proposal of the close combat clasp in silver. In total there is 53 close combat days listed. But only 33 of them was recongnized. Therefore “only” the close combat badge in silver was awarded. Signed by Oberst and Div Commander, 17 panzer division RC and Oakleaves holder Rudolf Demme (also rare signature, Demme died 1975).
