Heer Artillery Rgt 22 Bandsman Unteroffizier's M35 Dress Tunic

High quality, tailor made field-grey cloth M35 dress tunic. Eight button front closure with dual metal hooks and eyes positioned at the forward neckline and a lay down, dark green badge cloth collar. Dress/parade type artillery NCO’s collar tabs machine sewn in place. Shoulder boards, early second pattern. Constructed of dark green cloth. Heer style bright silver/aluminum rank tresse and very interesting regimental numbers “23” made of metal and sewn in place to each board. The shoulder board buttons are bright silver, pebbled metal. To the right chest is a hand embroidered officer’s bullion breast eagle on dark green backing. The eagle is neatly hand sewn in place. To the left side is award loops sewn for one badge and a short ribbon bar. A DRL sports badge in bronze are pinned in place and it comes with the tunic. There is also a Memel ribbon pinned in place which comes with the tunic. Sewn to each shoulder is a bandsman’s swallows nest for Artillery. Inside neck is a removable protective inner collar. Tunic is fully lined with green rayon. To the inside neck is a tailors label machine sewn in place. Sleeves are lined with white striped rayon cloth. The tunic is in very good condition, there is one small moth hole located to the front waist area. Besides that minor and even signs of age and real use.
