Heer Bandsmen's Swallows Nest

Heer pair of swallows nest consisting of a pink/carmine “red” wool waffenfarbe base ((very hard to say with this pair, the color is for sure not the typical Artillery red. Closer to carmine red or pink, either Stab or Panzer)). The reverse has a protective White and black colored protective backing handstitched in place. The reverse of the “swallow’s nest” has five evenly spaced attachment hooks for use on service jackets. This feature allowed their removal from the uniform when Soldiers performed other duties. The swallow’s nests are in overall good condition with minor age, nap wear and usage toning.

Very nice pair for a panzer or stab bandsmen!!
