Heer Panzergrenadier Unteroffizier's Issue M41 Field Tunic 

Field-grey wool tunic, six button front closure with a singel metal hook and eye at the neck. The tunic has four pleated front pockets with scalloped button down flaps. The tunic was war time upgraded with a bottle green, m36 style collar. To the collar is Heer general issue collar tab’s with bottle green center stripes machine sewn in place. Slip-on shoulder straps made of field grey wool with toxic green rayon  piping. Above right breast pocket is a EM/NCO’s national eagle in grey threads on dark green rayon backing. The eagle is machine sewn in place. To the left chest pocket is loops sewn for one award and above the pocket is loops sewn for a 3-4 place ribbon bar. The tunic is lined with with silver-grey rayon. The lining, just above the mecic pocket is size stamped in black ink. And under the medic pocket we find the manufacturers stamp “W.B 42”. 42 is the year of construction. The tunic is in very good, still little used condition. No holes, visable stains or mendings.

Really nice combat tunic with light signs of age and use!!
