Luftwaffe Flight EM/NCO's Visor Cap 

High quality Luftwaffe blue/grey tricot cloth construction visor cap, features a black ribbed, mohair centerband and golden yellow wool waffenfarbe piping to the crown edge and both the top and bottom edges of the centerband. 2’nd pattern silver washed, metal Luftwaffe national eagle pinned in place to front of the cap. The cap has a black leather chinstrap with two, black painted, rectangular sheet metal, sliding length adjustment buckles. The chinstrap is secured to the cap by black metal buttons. The cap has a black lacquered vulcanfibre, visor with green colored underside with crosshatch pattern. The interior of the cap is fully lined in rust/orange colored oilcloth. The crown lining has a clear celluloid sweat rhomboid. The cap is clearly maker marked and also stamped with year of production “1939” and size “55”. The interior of the cap also has a tan leather sweatband with ventilation perforations to the front forehead section. The cap is in very good condition with hardly any signs of age and use. No damage, no soiling and no moth holes or moth tracking!

Possibly the best preserved visor cap we ever had!!
