Silesian Eagle Second Class Medal

On 16 May 1933 the Silesian Eagle was recognized as an official award, authorized to be worn and manufactured throughout the entire period of the Third Reich. The Silesian eagle was instituted 16 June 1919 vy the commander of the VI Armby Corps, Generalleutnant von Friedeburg.

 

Silesian Eagle,  Second Class made of ferrous metal with a dull black paint and silvered highlights. Medal ring, suspension ring and white/yellow satin ribbon all intact. The medal is in very good condition with 99% of the original colors still intact.

 

Hard to find in better condition!!
