Heer Early Infantry Officer's Visor Cap, Manufactured by Peküro

Early or even pre-war produced infantry officers visor cap is in nice, used condition. Constructed of field grey cloth. Cap has zinc metal national eagle, a bullion wreath and alloy metal cockade. Also to front Officers Heavy Chin cord. Cap is piped with white trimmed wool. Cap band is constructed of dark green badge cloth. Inside is lined with golden yellow rayon. The cap has it’s original sweatshield all intact. Sweatshield is maker marked “Peküro”. Brown leather sweatband all intact with classic Peküro perforated holes pattern.

Cap shows signs of real use. Exterior with no holes, rips tears or even a moth bite. Inside shows clear fraying to the rayon, especially to the front. When folding the rayon down we find extra holes from previous insignias. With other words, the cap has had insignias changed at one point of time. Size is approx 57.
