Japanese Mens Red Cross Membership Medal with Case of Issue

The medal is made of Silver with a clasp to its top through which is fed a ring for its ribbon. To the reverse are two lines of kanji characters. Its red moire ribbon features two silver stripes to either edge with a metal hook-and-eye device is to its reverse. Complete with its original ox-red presentation box and lapel buttonette. The medal shows age/use tarnish, still in very good condition.
