Japanese Mens Red Cross Membership Medal with Case of Issue

The medal is made of Silver with a clasp to its top through which is fed a ring for its ribbon. To the reverse are two lines of kanji characters. Its red moire ribbon features two vertical silver stripes to either edge with a metal hook-and-eye device is to its reverse. The eye is loose but comes with the medal. Complete with its original brown presentation box, ribbon pin and lapel buttonette.
