Japanese WWII Army Officer's Late War Visor Cap in Excellent Condition

295.00

This army officer’s visor cap is made of dark green coarse wool typical of a late war manufacture. The visor is complete with a chinstrap and still retains its nice peaked shape. There are some minor scuffs both on the ersatz leather sweat band and the rim of the visor. Also, there is a light, superficial scratch mark on a very thin coating on the backside of the brim. There is very light, insignificant moth damage: a couple of tiny holes on the left side of the green body and one on the red wool band, both of which are not conspicuous. On the whole, the visor cap is a very sharp-looking late war example in remarkably nice condition. A nearly undamaged visor hat is hard to find. Size is medium, around 56cm.

An clean late-war visor that would look great in display!!
