Russia WWII Army Driver Proficiency Badge

Late war time or early post war production. Constructed of gilded bronze with red and white enamels, the reverse with a screw post with a backing plate. The backing plate is maker marked by the Moscow Mint. The badge is in good condition with light signs of age.
