WWII Japanese Navy Seaman's Large Portrait Photo And his Cap Tally

225.00

Reportedly the set came from an old house in Okayama Prefecture close to Hiroshima where a big navy base existed. The portrait is a silver plate photo which measures 30cm x 23cm!. The photo is clear and is in good condition.
The cap tally has the Kanji characters (大日本帝国海軍)which means “Imperial Japanese Navy.” It has fold lines,
so without doubt, it was from a sailor hat. The cap tally is in very good condition.

A very nice set that looks great if framed!!
